• Each exhibit booth includes standard draping and identification sign.
• Furnishings for each booth include one 6' draped table and one chair.
• All additional furniture, audiovisual equipment, electricity, meals, etc., are at the Exhibitor's expense.
• Due to fire regulations, no table clinics will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
• Admission to the Thursday evening Exhibitor Reception, Friday Welcome Reception are included for each registered representative. Applications must be received before November 15, 2009 in order to be listed in the Official Program.

• Show Colors are black and silver.
• The floor of the Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
• The Sheraton will vacuum the Exhibit Hall aisles immediately prior to the show opening and during closed hours on Friday evening. This service does not include any portion of exhibitor booths.
• The MWSTM will furnish general security for the Exhibit Hall during the show.
• The MWSTM, Geo. Fern & Co., and the Sheraton Hotel will not be responsible for any theft or damage to persons or property related to the exhibits.
• The exhibitor is urged to take maximum precautions in securing their own exhibit area prior to, during and after the show.

• The official contractor for the meeting is Geo. Fern & Co. All shipping to and from Indianapolis is provided in the existing fees provided that materials are shipped via the Official Contractor.
• Geo. Fern & Co. will assist all exhibitors to ensure that materials are delivered to the MWSTM and then returned or delivered to the next destination as part of their service.
• The MWSTM is not responsible for any materials left behind in the Exhibit Hall after scheduled hours for exhibit dismantling.
• Each exhibitor is responsible for making all shipping arrangements with Geo Fern & Co.
• If you choose to use alternative shipping options to and from the show, please notify MWSTM and Geo Fern & Co. of your intentions. The MWSTM holds no liability for any materials that are shipped through other providers, including loss or other damages thereof.
• Geo. Fern & Co. will send exhibitor service kits directly to all companies who have contracted for space. Please include the following information when shipping materials to Geo Fern & Co. for the MWSTM dates.
