Refund/Cancellation Policy
A $25 per person administrative fee applies to all refunds.  Cancellations and requests for refund of registration fees must be received in the MWSTM Central Office in writing by fax, e-mail or mail no later than April 5, 2010.  Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.  Approval of exceptions to the cancellation and/or refund policy will be made only by the MWSTM Chairperson.  In case of documented medical or personal emergencies, written notice must be submitted and received by the MWSTM Central Office with seven (7) days after the meeting.  Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days after the approval.
